These terms govern your purchases from DragonFlame 3D (dragonflame3d.vercel.app). By placing an order you accept them.
We sell decorative lamps and animated decorations. Photos and descriptions are illustrative and colours may vary slightly. Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include the taxes displayed at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example suspected fraud, a pricing or stock error, or an address we cannot deliver to) and, if we do, we refund you in full.
Payments are processed by Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay and are charged when you place the order. Your bank may apply currency conversion or foreign transaction fees and may ask for authentication (3-D Secure).
After your order you may see optional add-on offers. Accepting an offer is an additional purchase charged to the same card in the amount shown; we never charge the saved card without your click. Add-ons are covered by our Refund Policy.
Shipping is free and tracked to the countries we serve. Delivery usually takes 5 to 12 business days after dispatch; this is an estimate, not a guarantee. We send tracking information by email. If your country applies import duties or taxes, you are responsible for them unless we told you at checkout that they are included. Orders are covered against damage, loss and theft in transit as described in the Refund Policy.

Products have a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects: we repair, replace or refund. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorised modification or normal wear, and it does not affect the legal guarantees you have as a consumer.
Follow the instructions supplied. Decorative products are not toys. Do not use a damaged battery, cable or charger, and keep small parts away from young children.
Site content, images and videos belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights as a consumer. Otherwise our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid and we are not liable for indirect losses.
Consumers keep the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence and may bring claims before their local courts.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you order applies to your order.
